I paint acrylics on canvas and also mixed media. My works are a style developed from cubism, pop art and my own twist which is rooted in my culture of T & T.

Born on the isle of Trinidad and Tobago, Lydia M. Peters cultivated her love of art early. Heavily influenced by the lively and colorful culture of her homeland, Lydia integrated the unique island perspective with a flair for modern art in a beautiful joining of vision and influences. Lydia’s newly defined style was born- Lydiaism. Today, this form is seen throughout the artist's works and is finding its way into the art world limelight.
